evaluation of the employee’s output. The information collected during the diagnostic
examination is used as a basis for setting the employee’s total working capability, of which
the wage level he is entitled for is derived, as set in the Adaptive MinimumWage regulations
and the Law of Equal Rights for Disabled Persons Employed as part of their rehabilitation
(temporary provision), 2007,
